I spent twenty years in mortgage lending: originating, processing and running a branch. When the lending market slowed, I took on Garris Direct, an interior door distributor, to learn how other businesses really work. Helping them update their systems and grow showed me that the same problems show up in almost every company.
Since then I've spent more than a year improving efficiency and outreach at my own companies and studying how businesses can get the most from the systems they already have. Some owners want steady upgrades. Others want a full change. LDT helps with either.
